Having a personal trainer is a great way to gain maximum benefit from a workout. There is no need for expensive gym membership and as the trainer and equipment comes to you, it is easy to fit into a busy day.
How does it work?
Together the client and trainer will discuss lifestyle, diet, previous training, health and goals. Sophie will then take the client through a unique exercise programme, building each session on the previous session’s achievements. Measuring results helps to chart progress and keep clients focused, working steadily towards their goals.
Sophie will include a large and varied range of exercises with detailed instruction, technique correction and lots of motivation and encouragement.
